REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 years (intermediate) experience with Java programming
• Minimum of 2 years (Intermediate) experience with front end frameworks (React/NextJS, Angular, Vue, etc.)
• Minimum of six months in a developer role that includes training and/or mentoring junior engineers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 years work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for diverse audiences, including executives, business stakeholders, and technical team members
• Experience in consulting or client-facing technical roles
• Previous team leadership or mentorship experience
  Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
