Your Role As a Java + React JS Developer at Capgemini, you will be responsible for developing scalable, high-performance applications using modern backend and frontend technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions aligned with business goals and technical standards. In this role you will play a key role in: Designing and developing microservices and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks. Building responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React JS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Implementing event-driven architectures using Apache/Confluent Kafka. Working with relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring efficient data modeling and performance. Applying ORM tools like JPA and Hibernate for seamless data access. Contributing to CI/CD pipelines, Git branching strategies, and agile development practices. Deploying and managing applications on AWS Cloud, with exposure to Docker and Kubernetes. Designing and implementing integration architectures and patterns for scalable systems. Top 5 Technical Skills: React JS & Front-End Development Proficiency in React JS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery. Java & Spring Boot Microservices Strong experience in Java stack technologies including Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Data. Database Design & ORM Tools Expertise in JPA, Hibernate, and working with RDBMS/NoSQL databases. Event-Driven Architecture Hands-on experience with Kafka for building real-time, distributed systems.
