REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Solid knowledge of Java 8 and 17
Proficiency in Spring Boot and API development (JAX-RS, JAX-WS)
Hands-on experience with Hibernate, SQL and PL/SQL
Strong understanding of monitoring tools such as Prometheus and ELK
Experience with HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks
Familiarity with test automation using JMeter, Cucumber, and Selenium

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Fullstack Developer to join an international and multidisciplinary Agile team within a prominent organization based in Amsterdam. You will be involved in the full development lifecycle — from refining user stories to building and monitoring applications in production.
In this role, you will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of web applications and APIs. You’ll collaborate closely with your team, take ownership, and ensure technical solutions align with business goals.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will build, maintain, and improve Java-based web applications and APIs
You will work in a DevOps/Scrum environment with CI/CD pipelines
You will ensure compliance with security standards and mitigate technical risks
You will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents in cooperation with Ops Engineers
You will contribute to team knowledge sharing and coach junior team members
You will participate in the on-call support rotation outside office hours
You will take ownership of end-to-end delivery and bring a proactive mindset
