How You’ll Make an Impact
- As part of our team, you’ll help design and implement purpose-built business applications for international clients. You’ll be involved in the entire lifecycle—from idea to development and go-live—building solutions that make a real difference.

- Passion for Software Development – Leveraging technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, React, Angular, Kubernetes, and Azure, you’ll contribute significantly to customer success. We embrace AI augmented development and actively use tools like GitHub Copilot to empower developers in their creativity and efficiency.

What’s Important to Us
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field, or an equivalent qualification that gives you a solid foundation in software engineering.
- You have several years of professional experience with technologies like Java, Spring Boot, REST, Azure DevOps, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Additional in-depth expertise in Frontend Development or AI (Data Engineering, Machine Learning) is highly valued.
- You have a DevOps mindset and understand the importance of high code quality and automated testing.
- You are learning- and success-oriented. You enjoy achieving ambitious goals in a team and engaging directly with customers.
- You are fluent in German and English (at least C1 level).
- You are open to occasional travel to client sites in Germany for a few days each month.
- While we offer flexible working arrangements, we’d love to see you in our office from time to time to foster a lively and engaging community.
