Description

Needs to have at least 2 of the following skills: o Strong technical expertise in IVR systems and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Google Dialogflow, AWS Lex, Genesys, Nuance NDF/Mix, Avaya, Cisco). o Proficiency in VoiceXML and other IVR development tools and frameworks. o Experience with Conversational AI projects, including intent identification and LLM development. o Strong understanding of Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Natural Language Processing (NLP). o Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML services. o Experience with database management (SQL, NoSQL). o Knowledge of telephony protocols (SIP, TDM). o Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, NodeJS or C++ for IVR scripting and customization. § Java skills: § Experience migrating Spring Boot applications to containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS with Fargate, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). § Design and implement serverless solutions using AWS Lambda and Azure Functions for lightweight, event-driven services. § Refactor monolithic applications into microservices and serverless components to improve scalability, agility, and cost-efficiency. § Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or AWS CodePipeline. § Define infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep for both container and serverless deployments. § Integrate with cloud-native services such as AWS API Gateway, Azure API Management, SQS/SNS, Event Grid, and Service Bus. § Implement observability and monitoring using CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry. § Deploy and manage container workloads on: § AWS ECS with Fargate: Define task definitions, manage services, and configure IAM roles and networking. § Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS): Configure clusters, manage Helm charts, and integrate with Azure Monitor and Key Vault. § Ensure secure container image creation, secrets management, and role-based access control (RBAC). § Proficiency in CI/CD tools and cloud-native deployment workflows.
