The Value You Deliver Developing, designing and building solutions on a digital platform used by the end customer Setting , communicating and reinforcing technical standards Assessing and researching current implementations of the platform and determining the course of action required to elevate the platform to meet customer needs. Taking the business requirements coupled with existing architecture to set a technical vision for features and major components and clearly articulating the evolutionary steps to achieve it Collaborating with peers and management on process improvement ideas, policy and procedure enhancements, and opportunities to improve our customer's service experience. Participating in code review and unit testing and providing support on issues in non-prod or production Foster a culture of relentless pursuit of process and product quality through the use of appropriate standards, engineering practices and tools Actively contribute to Fidelity Health digital adoption and sales acceleration strategy. Actively and intentionally collaborate with other businesses and functions, and pursue opportunities to maximize value for Fidelity 6-9yrs 2) Must be ready to work in 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM Shift 3) Flexible to work in Client Location DLF Downtown, Tharamani, Chennai 4) Must be ready to work from office in a Hybrid work environment.
