Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Communication Participate in daily/weekly project meetings to discuss requirement changes, status updates, and dependency alignment. Collaborate closely with product owners, QA, and other engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery. Design & Documentation Analyze new requirements and design scalable code solutions. Document technical designs, workflows, and testing details in internal wiki/knowledge base. Development & Testing Implement high-quality code changes that align with design specifications. Perform high-level development testing to validate functionality before handing over to QA. Execute full QA testing on identified test cases for new features to ensure robust functionality. Issue Analysis & Support Triage LLE and production issues, identify root causes, and provide timely fixes. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure resolution and prevent recurrence. Mentorship & Leadership Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and troubleshooting. Support team growth by participating in technical interviews and evaluating candidates. Compensation, Benefits and Duration Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000 Maximum Compensation: USD 170,000 Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
