We're looking for a (Senior) Java Software Developer to join a collaborative team of experienced engineers working on complex enterprise software solutions and helping shape the future of digital services.

The Role

As a Senior Java Software Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and improving enterprise-grade applications while contributing to technical decision-making and supporting colleagues across the development lifecycle.

You'll work in agile teams delivering innovative solutions built on modern Java technologies, cloud platforms, and containerized architectures.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain complex custom software solutions using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
Continuously enhance and modernize existing enterprise applications
Take ownership of technical concepts and implementation of business requirements
Drive delivery within agile development environments
Support the documentation and communication of technical decisions
Develop enterprise server applications and cloud-native solutions
Build and deploy containerized applications using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Contribute to CI/CD-enabled development and deployment processes
Ensure software quality through code reviews, automated testing, and engineering best practices
Share knowledge within the team and support the growth of junior developers
Participate actively in technical discussions, sprint ceremonies, and architectural planning

Required Skills & Experience

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience)
Several years of experience developing enterprise applications with Java
Strong expertise in Spring Boot and modern Java frameworks
Experience with Hibernate and related persistence technologies
Experience developing and integrating REST and SOAP web services
Familiarity with modern software development processes, CI/CD, and build management tools
Strong understanding of software architecture and engineering best practices

Nice to Have

Docker
Kubernetes
Cloud platform experience
Cloud architecture and solution design
Containerization and orchestration technologies
Experience working on large-scale enterprise or public sector projects
