Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and integrate new software functionalities Contribute to technical design and architectural discussions Ensure code quality and adherence to modern development best practices Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance Produce clear technical documentation for developed features Monitor technology trends and propose improvements Participate in the continuous improvement of development processes and tools Work collaboratively within Agile teams Profile & Requirements Engineering degree in Computer Science or related field Significant experience in software development, ideally in software publishing or large-scale systems Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software architecture Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Integration, Spring Security, Hibernate/JPA, and Angular Good knowledge of Elasticsearch and PostgreSQL Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical decisions Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative Comfortable using AI tools to support development activities, including code assistance, refactoring, testing, documentation, and productivity enhancement What do we offer?
