This candidate will join the team of IT Process Management and will report to the Manager of Department. What you’ll do: Build and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, including Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies. Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, architects, and business analysts to design and deliver scalable solutions that meet business needs. Write clean, modular, and reusable JavaScript code that integrates seamlessly with ServiceNow’s platform and APIs. Lead technical design discussions, provide guidance on JavaScript best practices, and help architect innovative solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior developers to maintain high code quality and team growth. Debug and resolve performance issues, security vulnerabilities, and bugs in both front-end applications and ServiceNow scripts. Stay current with the latest JavaScript frameworks, ServiceNow releases, and platform capabilities to drive continuous improvement. Ensure responsive, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces across devices and browsers. You can create and maintain workflows, forms, and reports within the ServiceNow platform. What you'll bring: At least 3-4 years of experience in the same or similar roles. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies. Familiarity with ServiceNow/Service Now Developing and experience with web services. Ability to gather requirements, analyze complex business processes, and translate them into technical solutions within the platform. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Good command of Italian and English language.
