QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field; 8+ years of experience in large-scale system delivery, with at least 3–5 years in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Certifications: SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification required; additional SAFe certifications (SPC, SA, SASM) or PMI-ACP, CSM, or PMP preferred.
• Domain Expertise: Proven experience in cyber operations, defense systems, or mission-critical IT programs with strong understanding of Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture (JCWA) or equivalent.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Agile lifecycle management tools (e.g., Rally, Jira, Confluence), backlog management, and cross-team dependency management in complex, multi-vendor environments.
