KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain, update, and audit the CRM ( Zoho CRM and Invensoft internal Tool). Ensure all lead data, deal stages, and contact information are accurate and up to date. Meeting & Demo Coordination: Schedule and coordinate software demos, discovery calls, and follow-up meetings between prospective clients and the sales team. Documentation & Proposals: Drafting, formatting, and sending sales proposals, contracts, and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses. Customer Onboarding Support: Act as the initial point of contact for new clients post-sale, ensuring a smooth handoff from the sales team to the Customer Success/Onboarding team. Reporting & Analytics: Pull weekly and monthly sales performance reports, tracking key metrics like conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and quota attainment. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaison between the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure marketing collateral is up to date and product feature requests from prospects are communicated. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a sales coordination, sales operations, or administrative support role (experience in a tech or SaaS company is highly preferred). Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (Zoho, etc.). Familiarity with sales productivity tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Expertise in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data tracking and Word for documentation). Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail. JOB LOCATION: Mysore / Bangalore.
