As a John Deere Tech graduate, who has transitioned to full-time employment with Quality Equipment, you will be able to participate in the tuition reimbursement program and be provided with a full set of John Deere tools and toolbox to get a jump start on your new career path. The JD Tech Program is a two-year associate’s degree in partnership with Wake Tech Community College in Raleigh, NC. Sponsorship from a John Deere dealership is required. While taking all of your required courses, you will get to learn on current, state-of-the-art equipment at a dealership with a competitive hourly rate.
