We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Infrastructure Manager to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and maintaining our organization’s IT infrastructure. The candidate should have a strong background in network administration, server management, and system security. The IT Infrastructure Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation and scalability of our IT environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8-10 years of IT Infrastructure experience, with at least 3 years in a lead/managerial role.
• Strong hands-on experience with: AWS Cloud services, Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Networking devices and firewall support (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability in hybrid (cloud + on-premises) infrastructure management.
• Proven vendor management and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL-based operations and incident/problem/change processes.
