【JOB REQUIREMENTS】

Key Responsibilities: 1.System Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Continuously monitor the performance of logistics software, warehouse management systems (WMS), and other key platforms. Investigate system alerts, identify root causes of issues, and resolve them in a timely manner. 2.Routine System Maintenance: Conduct regular system updates, patches, and backups for all relevant hardware and software to ensure smooth and secure operations. 3.Incident Management: Respond promptly to system failures, critical incidents, and downtime events. Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and ensure timely resolution to minimize disruption to operations. 4.Optimization: Analyze system performance metrics and propose improvements to enhance system efficiency, scalability, and reliability. This includes hardware upgrades, software optimizations, and database performance tuning. 5.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of system configurations, maintenance activities, and incident resolutions. Prepare regular reports for the IT management team on system health and performance. 6.Collaboration & Support: Work closely with other IT teams, logistics departments, and external vendors to coordinate system upgrades, troubleshooting, and technical support. Provide technical assistance to staff when necessary. 7.Security & Compliance: Ensure systems comply with JD Logistics’ security standards and best practices, including regular vulnerability assessments, security patches, and compliance audits. 8.Emergency Response:Provide support during emergencies or critical issues, including off-hours or weekend on-call support when required.
