Responsibilities
  • Configure, maintain, and enhance JDA Demand and Fulfillment modules to support a large-scale distribution network
  • Partner with inventory planners to refine forecasting and replenishment strategies for improved accuracy and efficiency
  • Integrate JDA systems with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and supplier portals for seamless data exchange
  • Analyze historical demand, seasonality trends, and supplier performance to continuously improve forecast accuracy
  • Support direct-ship programs from suppliers to dealers using JDA’s allocation logic
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for key KPIs, including service levels and inventory turns
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer to internal teams on JDA functionality and best practices
  • Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, collaborating with JDA/Blue Yonder support teams for resolutio
