Key Responsibilities: Perform tasks within the JDAM manufacturing cell, which may include fabrication, machining (mill and/or lathe), assembly, sheet rolling, mechanized welding, hardware addition, conversion coating/dipping, and paint preparation. Operate and maintain common hand tools effectively. Utilize manual inspection tools such as tape measures, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, ID micrometers, and go/no-go gauges to ensure product quality. Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and drawings to manufacture parts to specification. Conduct in-process inspections to verify accuracy and quality of work. Maintain a clean, organized, and FOD-compliant (Foreign Object Debris) work area. Adhere to all safety policies and actively promote a culture of safety within the plant. Perform other related duties as assigned.
