JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Associate Director of ERP Systems, the senior technical leader will be responsible for spearheading the development and customization of ERP systems and related platforms, including JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. This role entails the strategic implementation of systems, oversight of technology architecture, maintenance of global templates and standards, and leadership in the execution of global programs. The candidate will collaborate with executive business partners to identify and deliver technology solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of experience in leading technology teams, a strong understanding of both technology and functional processes, and a solution-oriented mindset. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • 8+ years of experience in progressively responsible leadership roles within the technology function.
  • Extensive technical and functional expertise across Finance, Distribution, Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, and Logistics.
  • Advanced technical proficiency in JD Edwards and related applications.
  • Proven ability to integrate process excellence with a solution-oriented approach to address complex business challenges.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex business and technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
  • Superior analytical, evaluative, and strategic problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership in the development and implementation of enterprise technology solutions, from conception to support.
  • Highly collaborative work style, with a proven track record of effective engagement across all organizational levels.
  • Extensive experience in managing and leading diverse teams and service providers, including remote management.
  • Proven expertise in managing offshore resources, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to perform under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and navigate competing demands for resources.
Responsibilities
  • Architect and implement robust solutions for BDI applications, ensuring optimal system health and management, including adherence to SLA requirements.
  • Guarantee the timely delivery of projects and initiatives, providing consistent and effective communication on status, managing escalations, and mitigating risks.
  • Oversee all phases of full life-cycle implementation projects, including blueprinting, design, development, testing, user acceptance, deployment, and support.
  • Cultivate productive relationships and strategic alignment with business partner teams across the organization.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to ensure optimal operation and compliance with standards.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the BDI ERP systems and related applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the successful integration of new technologies.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project status, system performance, and other key metrics to senior management.
