Key Responsibilities 1. Professional Talent Development System - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement a structured career growth framework (from entry-level to senior roles) for specialized talent. - Align industry standards and enhance organizational understanding of product & system capabilities. 2. Training Course Design & Development - Design and deliver high-impact training programs (technical, leadership, and soft skills) using cutting-edge methodologies and tools. - Translate business needs into practical, scalable learning solutions. 3. Training Program Management - Conduct training needs analysis and develop end-to-end learning initiatives (e.g., learning paths, workshops, incentive programs). - Track program effectiveness through data-driven evaluation and extract best practices for continuous improvement. 4. Learning Ecosystem Curation - Build and maintain an internal/external training resource library to ensure a robust and up-to-date curriculum. What We’re Looking for 1. Education: - Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Business Administration, Management, or related fields. 2. Experience: - 1+ years in training/L&D roles; prior experience in warehousing, transportation, or logistics is a plus. - Proven track record in guiding at least 2 large-scale corporate talent development projects. 3. Skills & Competencies: - Strong project management and team leadership skills. - Excellent communication, execution, and collaboration abilities. - Strong listening and speaking skills in English and Chinese, Dutch is preferred.
