【JOB REQUIREMENTS】

Job responsibilities Asset Level • Create and deliver asset management strategies to maximise property income and returns across a portfolio of industrial assets • Drive leasing strategy and leasing negotiations • Appoint and manage external leasing agents • Monitor and supervise external Property Managers and Facility Managers • Prepare and oversee income, expenditure and capital budgets Reporting • Undertake strategic assessment of the assets and their competitors to understand the positioning of the assets in the market • Prepare Memorandums and Business Cases for Fund Managers, Investment Committees and Boards on various proposals eg leasing & capital expenditure • Strategic analysis, leasing, rent reviews and valuation coordination • Assist with financial modelling, lease analysis & valuations • Assist with divestments/acquisition • Stakeholder Engagement • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including nominated JDP partners, government agencies, community organisations and potential investors Qualifications & Experience • Tertiary qualifications in Property Economics, Finance, Law or a related discipline • 5-8 years working in an asset management or property management capacity with at least 4 years working as an asset manager • Industrial asset experience required
