工作目的钣金技工必须保证所有售后服务的及时提供,并使其达到最高的品质。为了让客户获得最满意的服务，钣金技工还要确保按照保时捷的标准对汽车进行诊断、保养和修理。职责 -严格遵守安全生产制度，依据《钣金安全操作规程》确保生产安全，工作时中穿戴劳动保护用品，做好日常安全生产检查工作并记录-负责所使用工具设备、仪器、工位设施、模具等维护检查，并做好设备维护记录-按6S（整理.整顿.清扫.清洁.修养.安全）管理的要求，确保工作现场的清洁，做到文明生产，创造良好的生产环境，及时清理废弃物品，保持班组责任区整洁卫生-严格按照厂家标准和操作流程作业（PIWIS标准流程），确保维修质量，做到精益求精-与喷漆、机电等工种的相互配合，遇到问题需及时沟通或向上级汇报协调解决-日常工作结束后及时关闭电源、气源，杜绝浪费公司资源-指导并监督学徒的日常工作-按时完成上级交办的其他任务要求 -须具备高中学历,具有大专学历或同等经验者优先 -至少 3-5年汽车技师或类似职位的工作经验 -有高端品牌4S店维修工作经验优先-为人可靠，有较强的执行力和团队协作能力-有驾照-热爱本职工作，在工作中保持极高的敬业度及可靠性，热爱 Porsche产品及服务
