工作目的电销专员在电销团队负责联系来自垂直网站的潜客，并通过接听潜客直接的电话呼入提供咨询，从而邀请他们到访保时捷中心,电销专员应当在 PMP 系统中记录并更新潜客信息,电销专员还须将已经预约到店的潜客交接至电销顾问,电销专员的职责还包括在潜客到店时为电销顾问提供协助。职责 1.通过网络或电话方式邀请潜在客户到店，建立和维护与客户的良好关系；2.负责跟进客户反馈，并完成相关的电销数据统计与分析报告;3.维护客户关系，提升客户满意度与复购率；4.及时反馈客户意见和市场信息，以支持销售目标达成。要求 1. 大专及以上学历；2.2年以上电话销售经验，高端品牌经验优先；3.熟练运用office办公软件；4.良好的沟通能力和电话谈判技巧，抗压能力强。
