Job Description Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a Jeep Master Diesel Certified Technician! Location: Oak Lawn, IL Schedule: Full Time (5 days week) Pay Scale: $47 per flat rate hour (BOE, ASE Certifications, and/or Training) $10,000 sign-on bonus for top-tier diesel certified technicians! Responsibilities: Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on Stellantis diesel vehicles Deliver first-time-fix accuracy with factory-level precision Utilize the latest Stellantis diagnostic tools, software, and service equipment Mentor junior technicians and contribute to a high-performance team culture Uphold the highest safety and quality standards in every repair Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot and identify vehicle issues Perform complex mechanical and electrical repairs Document all repair and maintenance work performed, including parts used and labor time Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues, repair options, and estimated completion times Stay updated with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques through continuous training and development Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations This is an opportunity for technicians who set the standard, not follow it.
