Hotel Schylge (4 stars), located in the only natural bay in the Netherlands, offers an unmatched view of the harbor and the Wadden Sea in Terschelling. Combining luxury and comfort, it is home to Restaurant Op West, known for its Mediterranean cuisine and fine wines.
We are looking for a Head Chef who is creative and versatile, and excited to take on a variety of culinary challenges: from à la carte dining and large buffet service for up to 300 guests, to off-site catering and preparing generous breakfast buffets for our guests.
