Jefe de Inteligencia de Negocios Móvil 🚀 Estamos buscando un Jefe de Inteligencia de Negocios Móvil 📊 📍 B2C Mobile En Tigo, continuamos fortaleciendo nuestro enfoque data‑driven y queremos sumar a nuestro equipo a un/a Jefe/a de Inteligencia de Negocios Móvil, que lidere la analítica avanzada para impulsar decisiones estratégicas, optimizar precios y maximizar el crecimiento y la rentabilidad del negocio. 🎯 Propósito del rol Liderar el equipo de Inteligencia de Negocios de B2C Móvil, utilizando analítica avanzada, modelos de pronóstico y monitoreo continuo del negocio para asegurar estrategias comerciales sólidas, alineadas al framework de la compañía y orientadas a resultados. 💡 Principales responsabilidades Liderar al equipo de BI en la recopilación, análisis e interpretación de datos, promoviendo una cultura de mejora continua e innovación. Colaborar estrechamente con líderes de B2C Mobile para entender necesidades del negocio y desarrollar soluciones de BI a la medida. Diseñar y gestionar proyectos complejos de análisis enfocados en estrategia de precios, segmentación de clientes y evolución del negocio. Analizar tendencias del mercado, competencia y comportamiento del consumidor para optimizar ingresos, margen y participación de mercado. Crear y mantener dashboards y reportes en tiempo real para líneas Prepago y Pospago. Monitorear el desempeño del negocio, identificando oportunidades y riesgos, y recomendando acciones estratégicas. Aplicar modelos de pronóstico avanzados para apoyar la planificación y toma de decisiones. Presentar resultados e insights estratégicos a la alta dirección. Asegurar la precisión, confiabilidad e integridad de la información.
