ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service with positive dealership experience Provide a high level of support with the new and used vehicle sales operations by ensuring their service needs are met in a timely and efficient manner Ensure the correct handling of all aspects of the service transaction from the "meet and greet" to "fix it right the first time" Serve as a liaison between service advisors, technicians, and customers Hire, manage, and develop Service Department employees - technicians and service advisors Monitor and maintain training and certification requirements Prioritize required services Follow manufacturer and company policies and procedures Meet and exceed customer satisfaction benchmark INDSJBR Qualifications OUR EXPECTATIONS: At least 5 years of proven success as a Service Manager Previous dealership experience required Top-level management skills with an impeccable work ethic and positive attitude Thorough understanding of the value of high CSI scores Strong communication and collaboration skills, professional, team player, passionate, driven Intermediate computer proficiency is required, CDK and Tikion are a plus All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.
