QUALIFICATIONS

Education :

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing & Management, or any related field.

Skills & Competencies :

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders.
• Proficiency in database and CRM systems to manage records.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Malay for effective communication.

Experience :

• 1–2 years of experience in events, customer service, or marketing.Prior experience in non-profit or mosque settings is a plus.

Jemaah Engagement :

• Develop and implement strategies to foster strong connections with the community and enhance their experience.

Donor & Membership Management :

• Build and maintain a comprehensive donor database.
• Administer the GhufranLife Infaq Privilege Card and maintain membership records.
• Execute donor retention, recognition, and appreciation programs.

Corporate Relations :

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate sponsors and donors.
• Explore partnerships to support the mosque’s initiatives.

Event Management :

• Plan and execute impactful events and programs such as 3KG, Rehlah, and NikahBliss.
• Oversee event logistics and on-site operations, ensuring smooth execution.
• Manage volunteers and provide on-site support during events.

Reporting & Analytics :
Generate detailed reports on contributions, engagement, and outcomes to guide future strategies.
