Hourly pay rate: Hire is $20.50, 6 months $20.70, 1 year $21.20 Job Responsibilities 1. Perform daily farm activities/chores associated with caring for breeder turkeys, hatching eggs, farm equipment as outlined and described in dept. operating manuals 2. Help employees with safety, productivity and cost control by providing personal involvement in farm management and operating decisions/problem solving 3.
