• Catering : 2 years (Required

• Catering Mgr: Seeking a candidate with strong customer service skills to assist in overseeing store catering business.
• Customer Service Excellence: Enjoy being a face and a name to every customer who comes in our store. We want all of our customers to be receive a warm welcome and a meal made to perfection.
• Operations Management: Help oversee daily operations, supporting the manager and crew with inventory management, ordering supplies, training and following food safety protocols.
• Training and Development: Train new crew members, ensuring they understand Jersey Mike’s Standards and are equipped to succeed.
• Problem Solving: Address customer concerns and operational issues quickly and professionally.
• Drive Sales: Help the store to achieve its sales goals and improve overall store performance
• Qualifications
• Experience. 2+ years experience in a fast food or quick service restaurant, in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Customer Focused. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive dining experience.
• Leadership Skills. Proven ability to lead, motivate and train a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem Solver. Able to think on your feet and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
• Strong Communication. Clear communication skills, both with customers and crew.
• Flexible Availability. Able to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends when needed.
