Company Description IOTA GROUP is an international engineering and services company supporting major players in the energy, oil & gas, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. We provide technical expertise and project support through experienced consultants across complex international environments. We are currently looking for an experienced Jetty Supervisor to support a major offshore energy project in Suriname. Job Description The Jetty Supervisor will oversee safe, compliant, and efficient quayside operations at the logistics base. The role will cover vessel berthing, loading, backloading, lifting activities, material movements, berth readiness, and coordination with key stakeholders including Vessel Masters, Marine, Shipping, Planning, HSE, Warehouse teams, and third-party contractors. Key responsibilities : • Supervising quay, jetty, and wharf operations • Ensuring compliance with HSE, site rules, and lifting management requirements • Coordinating vessel movements and quayside activities • Managing operational resources such as riggers, banksmen, and stevedores • Reviewing and validating operational documentation, including cargo manifests, MSDS, delivery notes, DG declarations, and certificates of conformity • Supporting offshore logistics activities across development, production, exploration, and appraisal operations Qualifications We are looking for candidates with strong experience in: • Offshore logistics and marine operations • Quayside, jetty, wharf, or port supervision • HSE standards and safety procedures • Lifting operations and material handling • Vessel loading and backloading coordination • International, English-speaking working environments Additional Information • Location: Suriname • Rotation: 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off • Duration: 3 years • Working language: English • Expected start: August 2026

Responsibilities

Oversee safe and efficient quayside operations, including vessel berthing, loading, and material movements at the logistics base. Coordinate with stakeholders and manage operational resources to ensure compliance with HSE and site rules.
