Beards are seeking a sales consultant for their Flagship Cheltenham showroom. Specialising in high-end diamonds, fine jewellery and watches the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in the luxury goods sector and happy to work in a client-facing role 5 days a week including Saturdays and Sundays.

Reporting to the Retail Director and department manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the store and looking after clients.

• Maintaining relationships with client database
• Sales to new clients
• Bespoke Jewellery Appointments
• Clienteling
• Visual merchandising
• Stock control and management
• Store maintenance and organisation
• Liaising with our own internal workshops on behalf of clients/brands

We offer on the job training for each department and also encourage staff to undergo a professional jewellery qualification that is internationally recognised.
Key Skills Required
Ability to communicate well in English (essential) other languages a bonus
Confident and respectful communicator
Excellent organisational skills
Computer literate ideally familiar with EPOS and stock management (EG Familiar with MS Office)
Well presented and smartly dressed
Previous experience in jewellery and/or luxury sales essential
Must be within commuting distance of GL50 1NA
Salary Commensurate with experience £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per annum
