* Experience not necessary as training will be provided however a strong passion for high end jewellery is a must.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team in Brighton. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for sales. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by providing excellent service, assisting with product selection, and driving sales through effective upselling techniques. A multilingual or bilingual background, is highly desirable.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective customer interactions.
  • Basic mathematical proficiency for handling transactions accurately.
