Location: Arndale Shopping Centre, Manchester City Centre
Manne London jewellery kiosk in the Arndale Shopping Centre. Our collection features beautiful designs in 925 silver, gold-plated, and stainless steel fashion jewellery. We are looking for enthusiastic team members to join our diverse and energetic workforce.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in merchandising and upselling
  • Proficiency in basic maths and time management
  • Prior experience in jewellery sales or a related field
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
    Pay: £24,420.00-£41,204.50 per year

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting part and full-time Sales Assistants who will work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and bank holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive sales in a one-to-one selling environment.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by utilizing effective selling techniques, focusing on up-selling, units per transaction (UPT), average transaction value (ATV), and overall productivity.
  • Foster strong relationships between our brand and customers by addressing queries, providing exceptional service, and adapting your approach based on individual personalities and needs.
  • Learn and confidently share product knowledge to maximize sales and create an unforgettable customer experience.
  • Ensure the kiosk is tidy and maintain an attractive display.
  • Stay vigilant on the shop floor and adhere to company security policies and procedures.
