JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are an independent, family run jewellers located in the heart of Chichester, West Sussex.
Our focus is on mid to high end jewellery with a speciality in bespoke jewellery design and manufacturing.
We are currently recruiting a full time sales assistant.
The ideal candidate would get on well with others as we work in a small and varied team.
Independent thinking is often required, having to use initiative to carry out work tasks and solve problems, often working under pressure to have jobs ready in a timely manner.
This role is full time working on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday with additional days being offered in response to businesses needs / seasonal periods. This is a permanent role, with Saturdays as a permanent working day.
Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given. The role will include the following:
- Customer Service, speaking to customers face to face & via phone, completing sales, taking comprehensive details for bespoke commissions and building business relationships.
General Housekeeping, Keeping the store clean & tidy with general window dressing and stock replenishment.
Any additional tasks required to support the shop/team. The may include but is not limited to general admin tasks.
