REQUIREMENTS:

• Female candidate, aged between 25 to 38 years
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a retail jewellery kiosk environment (preferably in a shopping mall)
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays

• Passion for luxury and fine Jewellery
• High attention to detail and product presentation
• Energetic and team-oriented personality
• Active on social media platforms, particularly TikTok, as well as Instagram and YouTube
• Has a decent follower count across platforms
• Regularly engages in live streaming, especially on TikTok Live
• Previous sales experience via live video platforms is a strong advantage

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a confident, well-presented, and enthusiastic Female Jewellery Sales Associate to join our retail kiosk located in Dubai Festival City Mall. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Arabic and English, and have prior experience in retail kiosk operations—especially in the fine jewellery segment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor
• Provide product information and showcase fine jewellery pieces to potential buyers
• Drive sales and meet daily/monthly sales targets
• Maintain the visual presentation and cleanliness of the kiosk
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues promptly
• Manage inventory, including receiving and restocking products
• Operate the POS system for sales transactions
