We are currently looking to recruit a Full Time Jewellery Sales Consultant. This position would ideally suit someone who has Previous sales and Customer service experience within the retail sector.
In this customer facing role, a smart appearance and positive attitude along with a pleasant telephone manner and good computer skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming customers, providing an outstanding first impression
• Building strong relationships with clients and identifying their needs
• Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, including aftercare advice
• Selling jewellery and upselling related products and services
• Maintaining attractive product displays and ensuring store cleanliness
• Supporting security procedures and loss prevention

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a jewellery sale (preferred)
• Knowledge of fine jewellery, gemstones, and precious metals
• Strong ability to identify genuine stones and materials, including evaluating quality and authenticity
• Negotiation and closing skills with a consultative sales approach
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• High level of attention to detail, trustworthiness, and integrity
• Confident in handling high-value transactions and ensuring accuracy and security at all stages

Pay: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
