We are looking for a Full Time Jewellery Sales Executive to join our talented and award-winning team. Whether you have experience in jewellery sales or come from a high-end or luxury retail background, this is your chance to grow your career with an industry leader.
You will be the face of Wongs - greeting customers with a warm smile, guiding them through their journey, and helping create memories that last a lifetime.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide exceptional service to every customer in-store and via online sales channels
  • Offer expert guidance on product ranges, bespoke jewellery, and engagement pieces
  • Build genuine relationships that lead to trust and loyalty
  • Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
  • Maintain excellent showroom presentation at all times
  • Use social media to support client communication and marketing efforts
  • Handle sales processes from enquiry to aftercare with care and efficiency
