With over five decades of heritage behind us and boutiques in Reading and Cardiff, we are now expanding—and Centre:MK is the next exciting step in our journey.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Store Manager, you will be at the forefront of our new boutique, shaping its culture and success from day one. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll lead by example—driving sales, delivering impeccable customer experiences, and nurturing a passionate and professional team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury retail environment and is excited by the opportunity to build and grow a new store from the ground up. Whether you’re already an experienced manager or a talented Supervisor or Assistant Manager ready for the next step, we want to hear from you. Full training and development will be provided—including both internal support and external professional courses.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Leading the team to consistently deliver outstanding customer service
  • Managing store operations, team schedules, sales performance and stock takes
  • Driving and exceeding sales targets through team motivation and leadership
  • Ensuring immaculate store presentation and visual merchandising
  • Developing team members through training, coaching and regular feedback
  • Upholding the Pravins values of excellence, care and trust in all aspects of the store
