Description Summary: Use a blend of technical skills and an artistic eye for high quality photographs. Provide accurate jewelry descriptions to upload onto multiple online sales platforms Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Able to identify and describe all types of jewelry, gemstones and precious metals Take photos of jewelry for multiple online platforms List content of items in Listing Tool software for online platforms Monitor jewelry on company website for accuracy Maintain, manage and deliver accurate data across multiple marketplaces. This includes titles, descriptions, images, attributes and pricing Understand product mix by marketplace to determine opportunities to enhance sales and profitability Be able to write compelling product descriptions Exceed company productivity expectations on a daily basis Keen eye of quality control on each jewelry piece Accurately count and measure diamonds and gemstones on each piece of jewelry Resolve issues with photo software and edit photos when needed Able to multi-task and work in face paced environment Other duties as assigned by upper management Requirements Qualifications: Formal Education and Experience Requirement (Must meet one or more of the following requirements): Bachelor’s degree (B.A) from four-year College or University Associates Degree High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of jewelry sales experience 2+ years of photography experience GIA diploma is preferred Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Proficient in multiple IOS software platforms Knowledge of diamonds, colored stones and precious metals Physical Requirements: Stand or sit (stationary position) 80% of day Walk (move, traverse) 20% of day Use hands/fingers to handle or feel (operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect, position) 100% of day Climb (stairs/ladders) or balance (ascend/descend, work atop, traverse) 20% of day Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl (position self to, move) 30% of day Talk/hear (communicate, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself, exchange information) 100% of day See (detect, determine, perceive, identify, recognize, judge, observe, inspect, estimate, assess) 100% of day Taste/smell (detect, distinguish, determine) 100% of day Pushing or pulling 20% of day Reaching 20% of day Repetitive Motion 80% of day Lifting Requirements: Light Work: lifting 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds
