JOB SUMMARY
The Generalist, HR Business Partner will be responsible for assisting in/ leading all HR functions in alignment with business objectives at the station level. This role will provide or assist with strategic, tactical, and operational support to field management teams with human resources generalist activities. Assist and manage day-to-day activities associated with employee/ labor relations, performance management, staffing, turnover and retention, terminations,employee records, legal compliance, compensation, recognition and benefits administration. Assist/serve as a business partner and advisor to line management on complex employee issues.
This role will assist in promoting positive relations between the associates and station management at Swissport that aligns with the company’s philosophy, overall strategy, federal, state and local law. This role will assist in mitigating risks for Swissport collectively and independently in designated station(s). This role will work independently and collectively under the
direction of more senior HR professionals by role modeling and demonstrating the company’s core values of people,
professionalism and partnership as a way we conduct business and ourselves
