Job Description Technical support and support in internal and external quality matters within the business area Wheel Brake Solutions for all products. Interface to Segment WBS Quality and other Segment functions. ▪ Support of the R&D and PM managers in the segment WBS (4 eyes principle) ▪ Ensuring, supporting and tracking quality activities in new development and change projects ▪ Comments on specification sheet and coordination with the customer regarding quality requirements ▪ Management of cross BU / division projects for quality improvement ▪ Professional supervision and support in internal and external quality matters within the segment area Wheel Brake Solutions. ▪ Implementation of the segment WBS and the Aumovio quality strategy ▪ Transfer of error prevention and quality improvement measures to areas with similar problems ▪ Preparation and moderation of regular Q-meetings (QRM) and monitoring of the defined activities, participation in and support of kick-off meetings, series start- up meetings and project meetings ▪ Initiating and coordinating interdisciplinary teams to work on problems. ▪ Participation in the implementation of quality improvement programs ▪ Creation of monthly reporting for WBS/SAM as required ▪ Yearly target setting ▪NCC WBS key user and respective tasks ▪ Support of specialist functions and plants in weak points and improvement programs. ▪ Support of audit measures. ▪ Support of the departments in the processing of complex problems (8D/A3 and other QM methods). ▪ Further development of processes based on new tools (KNIME, PowerBI, etc.) ▪ Internal contact for WBS with regard to a customer-independent defined product group. ▪ Support of the factory quality departments and the Q-KAM organization (customer service) in contact with the customer complex problems Qualifications University education (TH / FH) in the field of mechanical engineering or electrical engineering can be balanced by many years of experience in the field. At least 3 years of professional experience in the automotive sector, braking systems desirable Confident handling of MS Office 365 programs, knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP S4 / HANA and data analysis tools such as KNIME, PowerBI, or Minitab are desirable. Project experience with the development and implementation of automotive products in series production is desirable. Knowledge of quality management processes. Assertiveness, sense of responsibility and team spirit.
