POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled Jira Developer with hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Jira and Confluence environments, particularly with advanced plugins such as ScriptRunner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in API integrations and Jira Service Management, and will play a key role in optimizing our Atlassian ecosystem.

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Configure and maintain Jira and Confluence to align with organizational requirements.
• Design and implement Jira Service Management projects and workflows.
• Develop and manage automation rules using ScriptRunner and Jira Automation.
• Integrate Jira with external systems using API Gateway and REST APIs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Jira-related issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• Must have 5+ years of overall experience along with 3+ years in Jira development.
• Advanced proficiency with ScriptRunner for Jira is required.
• Strong understanding of Jira Service Management and Confluence.
• Experience with plugins such as Behaviour, Automation, and Element Connect.
• Familiarity with API Gateway and REST API integrations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
