Responsibilities Coordinates, collaborates, and integrates with internal (Joint Staff) and external (other DoD, interagency, intergovernmental, nongovernmental, and multinational) entities with respect to capability assessments. Supports refinement and improvements in overarching assessment plan Develops wire frames and test cases for new software builds. Intent is to spell out what is wanted so the engineers know what right looks like before they start coding. Requirements Bachelor’s degree and two years’ experience in assessment/QA within the DoD of any type. Certification as a Certified Professional Operations Research (CPOR) analyst will be a tiebreaker, as is OR or ORSA designation in the Navy or Army respectively will be a tiebreaker. COMP/Tia Security+ certification is a tie breaker as well. Experience working with senior DoD and non-DoD entities. Experience applying operations analysis, systems engineering AND parametric and non-parametric statistical methods. Experience assessing enterprise personnel management systems. Knowledge of DoD and joint programs, policies, and procedures for joint doctrine, education, and training. Knowledge of information technology (IT) capabilities. Prefer candidate have a minimum of 1-year JKO JMO experience, and full working knowledge and rights to all JKO LCMS systems. Must also be cleared to have direct access to run SQL queries against the JS database.
