Job Responsibilities: * Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals. * Accountable for overseeing all retail operations, including recruitment, training, marketing, loss prevention, and store profitability. * Drive sales initiatives and implement new ways to enhance store performance. * Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards. * Support team growth through coaching, training, and performance management. * Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to guide your team effectively. * Make staffing adjustments as needed to meet the needs of the business. * Take ownership of profit and loss management for the store while safeguarding company assets. * Creating and maintaining a schedule at/or under labor budget. * Overseeing store inventory management through daily and monthly stock audit. * Stay ahead of the curve by partnering with our Sales, Operations, Finance, HR and Training teams.
