Description Primary Location: Ft. Bragg Clearance: Remains with Active-Duty Security Manager Ability to work remotely: Yes Time: 3 Month Term Maximum not to exceed 15 hours per-week Obsidian Solutions Group (OSG) is currently seeking an intern participant for the JNAT/JSITS Internship program. The candidate should be interested in gaining exposure and developing in-depth experiences, developing solutions to complex problem sets and gaining experience in both program and project management as well as business development. The JNAT/JSITS Intern will work with the Joint Programs Coordinator at Ft. Bragg and the JNAT/JSITS Program Manager. The JNAT/JSITS team leads will integrate the intern and their past experience into OSG programs. The focus of training will be to teach the Intern formal military instruction techniques and the JNAT course curriculums. The JNAT team will teach the intern business development, capture management, program management as well as resource management and programing. Specific Responsibilities Prioritize the Intern’s needs to transition out of the military or university over all other parameters of the intern relationship. Participate in the planning and execution of individual and group projects using past experience to develop training scenarios and solutions for customers. Participate in the Business Development, Business Operations and Program Management processes. Participate in the training opportunities and solutions that align with Project Management Professional (PMP) or other similar parallel programs that the intern desires to pursue. Work Closely with the JNAT/JSITS and OSG project managers. Train as a Joint Network Analysis & Targeting Instructor. Train as a Joint Network Development Course Instructor. Learn capture management Train as a Joint Scout Tracker Instructors. Train as a Multi-Domain Operations Joint Integrator. Work with the Joint Programs Coordinator aboard Ft. Bragg. Report to JNAT/JSITS Program manager. Requirements Requirements Submit application online via website. Past performance in joint operations. Excellent problem solving/analysis skills. Proficient verbal and written communication skills. Past performance as a Member of a BN, BDE level or higher staff. Physical Requirements and Work Environment Normal office environment Some outdoor activity will be required the ability to lift at least 20lbs Travel Periodic travel to program and project execution locations. OSG reimburses travel related expenses for all interns to include Skillbridge Interns when participating in offsite events.
