Looking for a Jnr Sous chef for a busy gastro pub in fiveways Brighton. Must be confident in running the kitchen with another chef.
All fresh food made with love and care. Taking real pride in doing things the right way. We use local suppliers and change menus regularly. Lots of room for progression in a forward thinking, young, dynamic team with kind and considerate management.
Experience is required, qualifications aren’t essential. Passion and a love for the industry is important.
Full time hours available . Lots of flexibility for working hours and schedules however evenings and weekends are an important time for the business and everyone will be required to work their fair share.
