OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Job Analyst/Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects with our customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in kinesiology, exercise science, engineering or safety to organize and analyze job functions and physical demands. This role requires excellent, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful project delivery while adhering to timelines and budgets. Travel is required to complete projects at customer sites.
GSC On-Site Services is an industry leader in the area of injury prevention and our projects include job analysis, ergonomic assessments, and agility test development. We have a strong training program but need an individual who has excellent computer skills and critical thinking and can work independently to be successful.
This position is available in Kansas City, AZ or Boise, ID. Travel is expected to complete projects with all expenses paid up front by GSC On-Site. Excellent opportunities for growth as we are building our leadership team.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a professional in the area of kinesiology, project management, exercise science, engineering or safety who is willing to learn the methodology associated with job analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of databases and cloud computing principles.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as VersionOne or TFS is preferred.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing project performance metrics and outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project) for documentation and reporting purposes.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively. Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Manage the project lifecycle , including installation with customer, data collection, report generation and deliverables and customer facing project reviews.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to communicate progress and address any issues.
  • Collect data for physical demands in any work environment that requires climbing, respirator use, confined spaces, walking, lift, carry, push and pull over extended periods of time.
  • Maintain detailed records of project activities using SharePoint or other project management software.
