About Us
Café Kopenhag ApS is a well-established café in the heart of Copenhagen V, serving cold kitchen dishes, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages with great care and quality. As we continue to grow and refine our culinary offerings, we are looking to hire two skilled and passionate chefs to join our team.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality café-style dishes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. You will help maintain our standards in hygiene, collaborate on menu development, and contribute positively to the daily kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to café standards and recipes
• Assist in menu planning and seasonal dish creation
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in the kitchen
• Organize inventory, minimize wastage, and monitor stock levels
• Work effectively in a team and support a positive workplace atmosphere

Requirements

• Culinary training or equivalent professional experience as a chef
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene, kitchen hygiene, and safe preparation techniques
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative kitchen environment
• Passion for cooking, creativity, and attention to detail
• English skills required; Danish proficiency is a plus
