REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in business analysis or a related field with a strong understanding of analytics.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for database querying and analysis; experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle is preferred.
• Experience with ETL processes and tools like Talend is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of database design principles and linked data concepts.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python or VBA for automation tasks.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and objectives.
• Conduct thorough data analysis using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and R to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators.
• Participate in Agile project management methodologies to facilitate effective project delivery.
• Support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by documenting requirements and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Utilize SQL for database queries, data extraction, and manipulation.
• Create detailed documentation using Visio for process mapping and workflow design.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing existing processes and recommending enhancements.
• Leverage programming skills in VBA, or Bash (Unix shell) for automation tasks as needed.
