JOB TITLE: Job Coach REPORTS TO: Employment & Transition Services CoordinatorQUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GEDBCI & FBI Background ChecksEMPLOYMENT STATUS: Part Time, as needed, flexible hoursSUPERVISES: Transitional Youth and Adults with DisabilitiesGENERAL DESCRIPTION: A Job Coach provides individualized support to help people with disabilities prepare for, obtain, and maintain employment.
